Every price is a starting point. Long or very thick hair costs more, and we say so before we start.

Colour
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, forty-eight hours before any colour, the first time and after a gap of six months.
Can you fix a home colour?
Usually, but come in for a consultation first so we can be honest about how many sessions it takes.
Appointments
What if I am late?
Up to fifteen minutes we will do what we can. Beyond that we may have to shorten the appointment.
How do I cancel?
Twenty-four hours by telephone or message, and there is no charge.
